Orbit OS
We worry about the solar system, so you can focus on what’s in orbit.
One place a small company runs itself from: the bookings, the people who serve them, the customers who make them, and the work that follows. Everything revolves around a calendar.
Signing in makes a space of your own if you have not got one.
What is in orbit
The parts that are finished. A part that is not says so from the inside, and says what it is waiting on.
-
Calendar
Everything booked, at the scale you asked for.
-
Notifications
Everything that has happened to you, newest first.
-
Todos
What the shop owes itself: the same tasks, drawn five ways.
-
People
Everybody this shop knows: the ones who work here and the ones who book.
-
Chats
Every conversation this shop is having, by mail or by text.
-
Search
One box that asks customers, bookings and work at once.
How it works
What is settled before anybody types anything.
There is no password
An account is an address and the keys the device you are holding already unlocks. A letter starts one, brings it back after a lost phone, and signs you in from a browser your keys are not in.
Your customers book on a page of your own
Every organisation gets one at an address we give it. Prove a domain of your own and the same page answers there as well, in your colours.
Two people can rearrange the same afternoon
The calendar shows who else is reading it while they are reading it. Both of those writes are legal, so the answer is to let the two people see each other first.
Come in
Sign in with an address. If nobody has used it here yet, the account is on its way by the time you have finished reading this.
